The UniTerre cuvée is our estate’s first cuvée and is the only witness to its year.
Combining the “Bas Vigny”, our plot located at the bottom of the slopes on a chalky subsoil and loamy soil and another plot of our terroir, which will be chosen each year according to its quality, the UniTerre cuvée is changeable, it allows us to try ourselves again and to search each harvest for the vinification that will suit it best, sometimes in vats and sometimes in barrels.
